So when Jasmin and I get together, we tend to hate on things. We call em Hate-Dates. Hate-Dates at 8 sometimes.
We like rhymes. But anyways, she challenged me to blog about a pet peeve of mine. But since we’re all family, why don’t I just list everything that would make me hate you? Hexmurda style. Lets go.
-Smacking on food. This is #1, no joke. I will look at you and judge you if you do this around me. Ask my older sister.
-The phrase “google me”. That’s just some sucka shit. Except Dae One’s shirt. That was dope.
-The term “bro bro”. Cut that shit out.
-Play-Aunts, Uncles, Cousins. YOU ARE NOT MY FAMILY!!
-Nicholas Cage. He looks like a smart alick. A teller of bad jokes. An over-laugher. I abhor him.
-Nicholas Cage. 2x for emphasis.
-Carrots. Useless. I call them orange poison.
-Girls with big tits and no ass. Why are you here?! #EatSomeCornbread
-Chamillionaire. I hear he’s dope, I don’t know. I can’t take King Koopa-lookin rappers who dress like it’s 2002 seriously.

-Myspace Messages. No I can’t attend your event in Sioux Falls.
-Eminem beats.
-Irwindale, California. It looks like the Apocalypse.

Dr. Dre has filed a lawsuit against Death Row Records, the legendary label he co-founded with Suge Knight, over unpaid royalties for his 1992 album, The Chronic. Dre filed the federal lawsuit in Los Angeles against the company that purchased Death Row out of bankruptcy, WideAwake-Death Row LLC, according to AllHipHop.com. WideAwake-Death Row bought the storied Rap label and all of its assets for $18 million during a sale in 2008.
According to the lawsuit, Dre has not seen any royalties from his hit album since 1996, the year he exited the label. He also says the new owners have sold digital copies of The Chronic, as well as a remastered version called The Chronic Re-Lit and a greatest hits album, without his permission. Dre’s original contract with Death Row didn’t include digital distribution rights, according to the suit. He also says that his attorneys notified the new owners that he was owed royalties, but they have never paid him.
“When it came to paying artist royalties and honoring limits on Dr. Dre recordings that could be released, the ‘new’ Death Row Records, to quote our client, ‘forgot about Dre,’” said attorney Howard King in a statement. “This lawsuit will make sure they remember.”
The suit seeks unspecified damages of more than $75,000 for breach of contract, false advertising, trademark infringement and misappropriation of publicity.
